All my little diet divas!!!!! I have decided to stop dieting and have just been aiming to keep my weight at between 8st 9 and 8st 12. If it goes above then I go back to 17 points a day for a few days ( well I will do but I havent actually gone over 8st 11 yet woohoo

mines is off the rails, back into it slowly, i am jsut trying to cut out my junk food xx

i really must get back on mine the weight is piling back on, i just cant get back into diet mode

mins not going to bad now..i lost 4lbs last week...which got me back on track..need to lose loads still tho

im currently weighing 14st 4 and completly fell of the wagon starting again today!
im so chufffed with what ive acheived so far was weighing 16st 11lb
