i watch a programme once about them havin a bit of there brain cut out the part that controls sexual urges but for many apparently it wasnt only a sexual urge but a control thing 2 so i really dont see any other option but to do away them especially the ones that say i will reoffend...why is this country mad enuff to believe we hav rehabiliate people who say i will reoffend??

also america hav or had the 3 strike system...do u think that would be good to be brought in over here?? or do u think its more likely to lead to the 3rd crime being murder because then you have less chance of being caught??
