your baby was born did ya go for a ngiht out?

its my friends birthdsays todya (twins) and theyre on hol at the mo but want me to go out not this weekend but next weekend for a night out...

harry will be 7 weeks old then and i really want to go but am having terrible guilt feelings at the htoguht of leaving him!

I went to a paty when lillie was 6 weeks, my mum had her overnight. I fel tlost though!

i went out for a friends birthday about 7 weeks after i had ellie and my mum and dad had ellie over night. i cried my eyes out when i left her for the first time. she was fine and so was i. once i was out having a good time with my friends i was fine.

I went away for two nights just me and Michael when Bailey was 6 weeks, I noticed a massive change in him when we got back and I felt like I'd lost a limb but at the same time it was brilliant to be myself for a while and not just play 'the new mum' role. I'd say go for it hon and don't feel bad, it's one night, Harry won't remember and hopefully you won't either!

You need to enjoy yourself!

well he's on forumla during the night now and i dont plan on drinking much i just feel like i shouldnt even be considering it...i dont no why...i would encourage other people but i would feel bad if it makes sense...

it would prob be good and i would love him all the more for havign a good night out!

oh my god elaine how old is taylor?

2 weeks - it was a wedding! So we went for day - then I went home and bf her, then she slept at MILs all night. I am a bad mother. But it did her no harm!!! And MIL just cuddled her all night - she loved it. So everyone's happy.

gene was 7 weeks old wen i first went out missed him like mad and kept ringing my mum to check up on him but i enjoyed a night to my self and let my hair down

yeah u should!!! and i have gone mad lol, on plenty occasions..kevin isnt a drinker and i dont like to go out without him, so maybe in a couple of weeks we will get out for a dinner together i`d love to do that! hes boring tho!!

tell me aboutit when ever me and jake plan to go for a meal he always feels the need to invite someon else along like his mum and step dad or sis and boyfriend...i think hes scared we would have nothign to talk about lol!
