i am sooo tired

just knackard! I forgot i was meant to be on iron tablets from 11 weeks, and midwife didnt say anything at 16 week appointment but i better go get them i suppose. zzzzz........

Oh that's no good, will you go and get them tomorrow? That Spatone stuff?

they should help, i needed them through my full pregnancy with ewan and kept forgetting to take them and afterwards needed a blood transfusion.

remember to take them after a meal max!
and dont swallow with tea and cut down on tea and coffee and vit c....or so my doc tells me

what ones do you get? i`m on 200mg at the mo, before go nto the iron jab because i forget to take mine

i dont know because i havent gone to pick them up, i kept meaning to then just forgot! I might try the spatone first see how i feel!

im on iron tablets at t mo!! there not t nicest tablets to be takin.

i'm on iron tablets after giving birth 2 weeks ago - have got to be on them until my 6 week check up when hopefully my iron levels have sorted themselves out.

i am ment to be on them as well but they give me major raging headaches so!!!!
