I'm so annoyed

I'm so annoyed. Yesterday when i went to put the bottles to sterelise i notice that my sterilizerdoesn't work...I bought it in february brand new and now does work. It is a IQ 24 avent sterilizer and i bought it from mothercare. And not only that the kids aremaking my haed spin around. Katrina doesn't stop crying formore that 2 hours and Drake decides to join her. My house is a tip because he loves to make a mess.... Not a end of a ok day and not a good start of another one.

take it back did you keep the reciepe?

I just have the normal avent stereliser it would really annoy me too if i had spent that money then it goes and brakes a month or so later.

That's ridiculous, take it back and get a refund or a new one if you can hon! x

i bought it online together with a avent IQ bottle warmer. i called the costumers services and they told me to go to a shop and take the sterilizer with us for them to check that doesn't work. Hopefully they will give us a new one or the money back... The sterilizer cost us £50.

You should get a replacement. What are you using in the meantime?

with luck i keep my old avent microwave steriliser at home. But i can only sterilize 4 bottles at the time while my other sterilizer i can do 6 bottes.
