I don't think Maddies parent's had anything to do with her disapearence, eather that or I just don't want to believe they had any thing to do with it. I think they are stuck in a nightmare situation, I would hate to be in their shoes right now, it's to awful to even think about. My son went missing in Whacky Wearhouse a few years ago, Me and my Sister were frantacally searching everywhere, there is a big main road right outside and I was terrified he had got outside. We were seaching for him for a good 15 min's (seemed more like 15 hours) I was crying my eyes out I was so scared. But the little bugger was in a bob the builder car in the corner of the room. Can't tell you just how relieve I was. I just hope that for Gerry and Kate their nightmare will be over soon.

I firstly upon hearing about Maddie vanishing, felt so so sorry for Gerry and Kate, but once more and more facts came out i just felt nothing but disgust for them. How can two supposedly intellegent people honestly believe leaving 3 children under 4 alone in a foreign country can be excused! No matter how many excuses they can come up with, it is not justified. It is totally unacceptable to go to a neighbours down the road for 5 minutes in your own country, where everyone knows you and would notice strange goings on. In another country where everyones a stranger is unthinkable and dam right stupid. They have had lots of press good and bad (most of which shouldnt be believed because they print anything), but nonetheless they've had it and if she has been abducted it can only help to trace her. Ben Needham who disappeared in Spain as a toddler years ago and would be 18 now, had some press coverage but nowhere near on the scale this case has had and it should be the same for all. Just because a couple are rich and in good jobs it shouldnt mean that they get more help than a family who are poor. The children involved are irreplacable, how much is in the bank shouldnt come into it. If they did indeed hurt Maddie themselves (which i doubt) its hard to dispose of a body in a country you dont know without leaving proper hard evidence. But if they did i hope they are soon uncovered and i hope they suffer as she has. If however she was abducted i hope the outcome is a good one and that she hasnt suffered any of the horredous things other abducted children have. I also hope that her parents have the book thrown at them for leaving her and her siblings alone in the first place. Hopefully the truth about Ben and Maddie will be uncovered so there families have peace of mind. Bless the both!

I think there is something that the McCanns are hiding.I hope I am wrong. When this was first on the news I was disgusted to know that a grown woman with young dependants could be so irresponsible as to leave their children during the evening, on their own, to go and dine at a restaurant with their friends. The first thing that came to mind was have they done this before? Why would you think a holiday resort would be a safe place to leave your young children to sleep while you socialise across the road with friends? If you know you wouldn't do it at home in an environment you are familiar with why are you going to do it on holiday?

This story has touched everyone's heart and I hope that what ever has happened be her dead or alive minds can finally be put to rest.
