The Meet... Arrangements thread

So we are only a few weeks away form the meet now so I really think its time to make a few arrangements. I am still a little unsure of who exactly is coming. This is who I can recall

Can you add you name if you are coming please.
What I want to try to sort out is:
a) where and what time we shall meet
b) are we going to do family stuff in the daytime and just meet in the evenings?
c) shall we arrange one day of all going somewhere together and if so where?
I will look on the Haven site later and try to arrnage the meeting place and time for the Friday night.

Well I cannot seem to find what the bars are called so I reckon we will have to say the main showbar at 7pm???

well if people dont kno here to meet could always be the checking in reception at 7pm then make our way to the bar??

Well fromm all the ones Ive been to reception can often be in a different area to the entertainment. They do always have the arcades located right by the bars, you have to walk through them to get there so that might be an idea??
Louise we would all love to meet you and I am happy to stay in the complex and meet up in one of the cafes or something.
Can you get a day pass into the park??
