Forum Assistant checks

I need to do a weekly check on what the forum assistants are managing to do on their tasks rota. It can take a while to do but I really need to know who is doing the tasks and who is not. I think the best bet is to have a rota so a different team member does this each week. Im not being an old bag I realise they will not manage to do it all regulartly but if they really are not managing to do any of it then someone else needs to be offered the chance to have a go.
As you all know its not just an excuse to have a blinkie!
When it is your turn I would like you to look at the rota in one window and check in another window that they are doing what they are rotared to do each day. When you have done it can you PM me to let me know if they are Excellent (doing most chores most days), Fair ( doing half or more of what is rotared), or just useless ( really struggling to keep up!).
Now there is no need to feel bad about doing this, I will not be unfair to anyone!
I have offered Elaines/ Juicys tasks to Jozie and Lisa but if they do not want the extra chores I will be asking members to apply for the job.
I will not include Tracey or Jo in this rota until they feel they are ready to come back properly.
At the moment it will work on a 5 week roster starting tomorrow:
Week 1: Vicki
Week 2: Kirsty
Week 3: Jenni
Week 4: Elaine
Week 5: Ali
I will try to remember to pm the person whose turn it is each week.
