I have changed Traceys daily forums over to Elaine now. Tracey you will continue to be a general mod and have all the tools to move things about but when you are able to give more time again I would like you to concentrate on the links and spamming as well as trying to encourage new members to take a trial period and offering your mentoring services.

Elaine have a look at the list. Your main tasks are to add news topics each day and to visit the bbc news website to get the daily on this day story for the news forum. YOu should add at least one new topic to each of the news forums and the entertainment forum. Of course you can add more if you wish. You will need to make sure you understand what is topical news and what isnt as you will need to move them when members post them in the wrong place ( which is a frequent occurrence!).

You will need to find freebies also and take care of all of your forums on a daily basis, moving items that shouldnt be there, merging and splitting topics as neccessary, editing out anything that isnt allowed or removing to the trash innapropriate posts. Also making me aware of anything you see that could jeopodise the safety of the forum. You should also encourage new posts on your forums and use the assistants if any of your forums need a kick up the butt!!
You do not need to do the forum assistants tasks anymore as I will be looking for someone to take over that role.
