terms of service we have with forumotion.
this is a list of the things that are not allowed on this site, or any other site, as forumotion will just delete it for good with no warning. I could also be prosecuted for any of them being on the board being the founder and owner.
Forums that does welcome or promote warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attacks against networks or servers, pornography, racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on the servers, or any other actions which violate any applicable laws, aren’t allowed. Any forum which contains texts, links, pictures, animations, videos or any other content recognized as illegal will be deleted without notice or warning. Forumotion.com reserves the right to delete any accounts or forums considered like not conform to the rules quoted here or specified in Forumotion.com or in the international website rules according to the international internet law. Any illegal content or act can or would be reported to the concerned services and prosecuted.

This can, does and will happen. I see it on the support forum every day, forums deleted just like that. I didnt share before as i take it as my responsibility, it being my head on the line, to protect the members and myself from losing a site they love and in my own case, avoiding court. Owning a forum has long since stopped being a hobby. its now a legal mine field that is only just beginning. more and more people are sueing for defamation and slander. Victimisation. This may be why i sometimes take steps without consulting the people involved immediately. If you notice any of the above, please alert me to it.

The above gina ford one was huge on the news too, with the 3 founders to be sued and the individual members that had defamed her were to be sued also. Luckily she took a pay off in the end, a 6 figure one, or one of the biggest parenting sites out there with over 400000 mums, would have been shut down. All over a few comments about her. i was there, i read the comments. After this case a lot of forums have tightened up, even though they dont want to, because it paved the way for many others, including every day posters whom have the money to...to sue over things like slander/defamation.
